We first heard about PRO Martial Arts through a friend in our community who highly recommended the program for its focus on discipline and confidence-building in children. 2. How long has your child/children/you been attending PRO Martial Arts? Our family has been part of PRO Martial Arts for about [ 3years]. 3. What is your/your child’s favorite part of class? Heerah loves the energy of the classes, especially practicing the kicks and learning new forms. The self-defense lessons are also a big favorite. 4. What do you love most about your class/classes? We love the positive environment and how the instructors encourage every student to do their best. It’s not just about martial arts—it’s about building confidence, focus, and respect. 5. How has PMA changed or impacted you/your child’s life? It has made a huge difference in Heerah’s confidence and discipline. We’ve seen growth not only in martial arts skills but also in school and at home. They approach challenges with more determination now. 6. Fun fact about your child/family? Our family loves spending time together outdoors—bike rides, hiking, and playing games. A fun fact is that Heerah loves practicing taekwondo moves at home and sometimes teaches them to the rest of the family for fun!
